Cooking, Food and Love

-
Just because i love eating , it doesn't mean i am not concern about my health.
For me , i love bean curd (or we call it tofu)... the most. Tofu is one of the most nutritious food in ubiquity , the tofu made of gypsum contains a large number of calcium qualities even more and the protein of tofu is high .Just because it's nutritious , so we do keep strong by eating tofu.
Apart from these ,everyone can burden it related to its cheap price. But tofu is not acceptable to anyone.
You may regard tofu as a kind of tasteless food that you seldom attempt it . If you look at it in a different aspect , things might not be as bad. Stir-fry tofu with mince pork in spicy sauce (mapo tofu) is also a yummy traditional chinese cuisine.Just try it out , you will definitely love it!

I'm not always cook , so do i not good at cooking. Nonetheless , i had a experiment on making shredded chicken Carbonara spaghetti for my friend recently. Its seems easy to be cooked and i blew her mind . I think we can express our love and happiness to family and friends though cooking and sharing.

I suggest a programme called '
Epic Meal Time' which known for creating extremely high-calorie meals, generally out of meat products (with particular emphasis on bacon) and including alcohol to all of you.

The idea for Epic Meal Time was created when a friend filmed Morenstein eating a Wendy's hamburger that contained six beef patties and eighteen bacon strips to the theme song from The Terminator. They posted the footage on YouTube, where it gathered thousands of hits. They decided to film the first episode of Epic Meal Time, titled "The Worst Pizza Ever!". In the episode, they created a "fast food pizza" containing KFC popcorn chicken, a Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme (taco), a McDonald's Big Mac and Chicken McNuggets, a Wendy's Baconator and french fries, an A&W Teen Burger (bacon cheeseburger) and onion rings, and a cheese pizza. The entire meal totaled 5,210 calories and 286 grams of fat. It was posted on YouTube on October 17, 2010. On October 17, 2011, one year after their first video, they re-made their first ever meal, but this time in a cake. [some information from wiki]
